Amazing little restaurant in an adorable historic town. Stopped in for breakfast at 5am and everyone was friendly and attentive. Everything made quickly and fresh to order. The food was probably one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Good coffee too. Parking lot is big enough to drive around with a truck and trailer and pull right out afterwards. Definitely get a couple pancakes no matter what time you visit.

As a truck driver I love these off the beaten path restaurants I was able to park my truck go in and have some hot wings and some beer able to get some sleep and do my laundry right next-door. The owner was very friendly and so was my waitress. I will definitely be coming back.

We were traveling on the interstate and the family was ready to eat. We decided to give this place a try because the only options were McDonalds or Wendys. It was a VERY short drive out of the way but, we enjoyed our meal. The service was good and the food was okay. I had a chicken salad and ate about half of it.

I live close by, but never visited until today. It turns out there was a sugar cane festival, and the restaurant was packed with locals and visitors. I asked if there was room for one more, and Miranda cleared a spot at the bar for me. She, Dee and Jaimie all did a great job serving me and seemed well able to handle the crowd. They were attentive and kind to all the patrons The chopped pork plate with baked beans, slaw and garlic bread were delicious! I talked to some other regulars and the recommended the bacon burger as well as anything for breakfast, but especially the western omelet... Ill try that next morning Im here.. I love the atmosphere and all the signs posted on the walls. The last photo is the result from lightning striking the sand (remember the movie Sweet Home Alabama?
